概述
注射用水制备系统是GMP规范中关键设备系统。列管降膜式多效蒸馏水机是目前应用最为广泛的注射用水制备系统。秋立公司的多效蒸馏水机所产生的注射用水,完全满足现行美国药典、欧洲药典、日本药典和中国药典中关于注射用水的要求。 技术特点
•结构形式:一效蒸发器、冷凝器、外置预热器均采用双管板结构,有效消除低卫生级别介质污染系统的可能性。
•材料材质:与原料水、注射用水、二次纯蒸汽接触的部分全部采用316L。
•三级分离装置:进入设备的原料水经过降液膜蒸发后产生的蒸汽经重力分离和两极螺旋分离形成纯蒸汽。
•三维弯管:在管路上尽可能采用不锈钢管直接拉伸弯管,避免焊接。
•使用自动焊接:管路与零件的连接,尽可能使用自动氩气保护轨迹焊接,保证焊接质量。
•保温:蒸发器和预热器均采用无氩、无石棉的矿物棉隔热层,并包以304不锈钢装饰层。
经济节能:秋立公司的蒸馏水机不需冷却水;由于采用列管降膜技术和二次蒸汽在各效蒸发器中逐级利用,对工业蒸汽的利用率很高,因此具有明显的节能节水效果。
•控制系统:采用分级密码控制PLC自动控制技术,实现客户不同的控制要求。从最基本的蒸馏水品质判断和分配,到更高级的如各介质连续调节、与存储系统联动、甚至到蒸发量变化的控制。
•无纸记录:采用无纸记录方式,真是记载生产情况。
•整机性能工厂测试:在整机测试车间,按照确定的程序,模拟实际工作环境,进行整机测试,提供供系统的运行和验证服务,包括DQ、IQ、OQ、PQ、FAT、
SAT等测试、验证文件。

Main application: Mainly used for preparing of water for injection in pharmaceutical factory. Characteristics: 1.Economical efficiency with good running reliability and long time operation. 2.Water infeed spraying design,with uniform distribution,and non-condensable gas removing. 3.Distallation column expansion technology,no demage to stainless steel material,with stable running for long time. 4.3 level separation method ,to get high quality WFI and pure steam. 5.Self-sterilization design,meet with cGMP requirement. 6.High standard equipment document and validation document,meet validation requirement of WHO,EU GMP,FDA,cGMP. Details: multi-effect water distiller adopts rising film and multi-diversion form to evaporate. The industrial steam enters the evaporate shell pass through valves and interchange heat with the purified water rising film in tube pass. The purified water after heat exchange becomes vapour, then impure heat source will be removed from the vapour through diversion separation device in the machine to produce the secondary steam. The pure steam after steam-water separation will become distilled water after being condensated as heating source in Ⅱ effect. Then the distilled water will enter into the condenser under the pressure differential action and then enter the storage tank through the pipe for storage. The concentrated water without evaporation and separation shall enter the next effect for re-evaporation through concentrated water inlet
